Description: Each teen will receive 2 glow in the dark bracelets to do yoga in the dark. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel. Refrain from eating or drinking for at least an hour before class. Class size limited to 25 teens. Registration required - call Youth Services at 794-6791, ext. 5.
